Less than one week ago, Rory Cooper, Director of Communications for House Majority Leader Eric Cantor stated that congress WOULD investigate ANY attempts…bureaucratic attempts…by the Obama administration to “try and intimidate and silence their critics using the bureaucratic mechanisms of the federal government.”
The statement was prompted by reports that the FEC (Federal Elections Commission) had plans to put the pressure on some of the big boys…Matt Drudge and Sean Hannity…but if this regime is going to do it to THOSE guys, they need to test the system first. They need to see how far they can go and maybe, just maybe, the whole FEC thing was a rouse to get people to look in the wrong direction. Another shiny ball dangled by this regime to distract from the real objective.
Even so…they needed a test subject. Get everybody looking out for the big names and while they do…go after the small names. Why? Because there are thousands of bloggers and Conservative talk internet radio hosts out there who command grass roots audiences.
Rory Cooper said that attempts to intimidate critics of this administration are…“gross and abusive violation of their power and the public trust,” and that, “Congress will continue to investigate these abuses.”
Well Congressman Cantor…Here ya go…
Constitutional Patriot Radio or CPR is an up and coming source of Conservative talk and entertainment in the world of internet radio. 
Broadcasting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week…CPR is making waves with live music and live talk shows. Diane Sori and I are proud to be a part of CPR with OUR show, ‘RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS’ every Wednesday from 2-4pm EST and Saturdays from 11-1pm EST as we bring the same hard hitting style to the air as we both do to our respective blogs exposing the truth behind the curtain of the Obama regime with commentary, humor and occasionally, investigative reporting.
A month ago, on ‘RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS,’ Diane and I covered our 3 part Benghazi series of articles and while doing so on the air, we were targeted by cyber-attacks.
We knew we were over the target simply because we were taking flack. The articles from our blogs, ‘The National Patriot’ and ‘The Patriot Factor’ went viral and the RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS show was rebroadcast several times and the audience was big. We made an impact and it was noticed.
From that point on, during each show, the cyber-attacks grew in number and in strength until just over a week ago, during the ‘RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS’ Saturday show, the attacks nearly knocked us off the air. CPR was able to track and trace the IP addresses responsible for those attacks as they hopscotched across the country and it was clear that the source of them was the U.S. government.
Those attacks were severe, we believe a warning shot across the bow as Diane and I were in the process of publishing yet another investigative piece in our blogs. This time on federal land grabs and, just as we had done with our “Benghazi: The Truth Exposed” series, we were bringing “Government Land Grabs: The Truth Exposed” to the radio show and the government, we believe, knew it.
CPR’s CEO, Michael Collins-Windsor was one of the staff tracing the attacks and those attacks went from trying to knock the station off the air to directly attacking his efforts to track the hits and they WERE enough to take down his personal computer but not before, once again, we knew the source and, once again, the source of the attacks was decidedly the U.S. government.
The hits were being bounced from coast to coast off different buildings and even a farm field in Kansas. We have the coordinates, we have photos of some of the buildings. We knew what they were trying to do…shut us up and shut us down but we pressed on.
Just a couple of days ago, in an article titled, “Telling the TRUTH…A BREACH OF NATIONAL SECURITY???” I outlined what has transpired including personal warnings of a thuggish nature directed at the CEO of CPR Radio and the fact that CPR’s license to stream music had been suspended.
Let me now bring you up to date regarding THAT situation but before I do, I must tell you that the Licensing company and the Executive FROM that company are NOT the problem here. We are dealing with REPUTABLE and honest people at that company and NONE of this is of their doing.
That said…
We are being told that two men showed up at the streaming company executive’s home at 8pm on Saturday, identified themselves with FBI badges and business cards informing him that there had been FCC complaints regarding CPR.
That in and of itself is suspicious in that the FCC does NOT have jurisdiction over internet radio entities and unless there have been threats made against someone’s life or calls to overthrow the government made VIA those entities…NEITHER of which is the case with CPR Radio….Nor do any U.S. government law enforcement agencies have such jurisdiction.
We have also been told that the streaming executive was told to “sit down and shut up,” when he called this into question.
The executive, as we have been informed, was then told that two shows on CPR were considered a “possible threat to national security” and those two shows were ‘The Stallion’ (Michael Collins-Windsor’s live DJ music show) and…’RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS’ with myself and my partner, Diane Sori as the hosts.
Stallion, he was told, had been disrespectful of Barack and Michelle Obama and was being considered as some sort of possible terrorist while Diane and I as the ‘RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS’ were…”a couple of snoopy reporters who had possibly violated national security” with our investigative pieces on both Benghazi and the Government Land Grab series of articles.
The executive was then ordered to suspend the streaming license of CPR or…the executive would soon find himself in trouble with the IRS. The two “agents” informed him that because of a new acquisition he had made of a company with outstanding session fee issues (which the executive is currently working to resolve above board) there may well be enough evidence to have HIS license pulled thus, effectively putting him out of business.
Regarding our ‘RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS’ broadcast of our Benghazi series and the articles both Diane and I wrote, those two “agents” also wanted to know where we obtained our information and who in foreign governments we have spoken to in that regard.
The two also admitted that the federal government was listening to…monitoring…our broadcasts.
The fact of the matter is, neither Diane nor I EVER spoke to ANY foreign government entities regarding EITHER of the two investigative series and furthermore, we listed our sources in the articles. We used sources found by doing our homework, sources available to any and all who cared to dig through the internet, sources available to the world. We simply compiled the available information and connected the dots.
The two “agents” then stood over the streaming company executives shoulder, according to what we have been told, while he not only shut down the stream from CPR…effectively limiting the station by not allowing music to be broadcast but also while he wrote the following email to Michael Collins-Windsor.
“Michael,”
“With regret, we are closing your coverage effective today due to a complaint of a possible violation of United States National Security. Contact me asap Monday morning and we can discuss this further. You will not be able to access your account here, but you can reach me by emailing me at this address and or calling my office.”
“Please remove all banners/logos and/or text indentifying you as a StreamLicensing affiliate. StreamLicensing is a registered United States Federal Trademark of StreamLicensing LLC and may only be displayed by our active affiliates.”
“Once and if this matter is resolved, I will gladly reactivate your account.”
“Sincerely,” (name signed but withheld from this article to protect him from harassment)
He was then ordered by the agents to inform Michael that his account had been suspended due to “lack of session fee payments putting him and CPR in violation of license terms and agreements,” and warned NOT to talk to ANY reporters.
Well…HE hasn’t.
According to Michael Collins-Windsor, nothing could be further from the truth and he showed both Diane and me a copy of his paid receipt for last month’s session fees and confirmed to Michael and the CPR attorneys that there had NEVER been a problem with any such payments, that the CPR account was in fact, in good standing.
Obviously, Diane and I have struck a nerve within the Obama administration with our Benghazi and Land Grab pieces and they do NOT like having our commentary aired on the radio but here is the VERY interesting part of all of this…When the two agents intimidated the streaming company executive to suspend the CPR license…they did so WITHOUT a court order or an injunction against CPR.
They don’t need one. All they need, by law, is their badges and identification. The U.S. government, in this case, the FBI does NOT need an injunction OR a court order to shut down a business.
No paper trail…isn’t that convenient?
This was shear intimidation. Chicago style, thug politics intimidation.

Trying to knock CPR and ‘RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS’ off the air via cyber-attacks…bouncing signals from a school in Connecticut to various buildings in California…bouncing signals from a point 420 miles west of the coast of Spain to a farm field in Kansas…intimidation.
So…were they REALLY FBI agents? We believe so and if they were NOT, they certainly had knowledge beyond what can easily gained through a Google search by common street thugs. Was what they did at the home of the streaming executive standard U.S. government law enforcement operating procedure? Absolutely not. A six hour ‘visit’ rife with intimidation and threats including one of what we know to be a favorite weapon of this regime…the IRS…Standard operating procedure for THIS administration maybe but, not appropriate by any means.
Was what happened to the vehicle owned by Michael Collins-Windsor standard operating procedure for a U.S. Government law enforcement agency? No it was not yet somehow, those two men who perpetrated it knew exactly where that vehicle was parked and we believe they had to have tracked it electronically. It IS however,
standard operating procedure for Chicago style thug political intimidation. Do we know for sure that the vandalism/threats regarding that vehicle are directly tied to the 6 hour visit by two “agents” to a man’s home? No, but that, along with everything else remains under investigation.
They tried to knock of off the air and so far, they have been less than successful and we have traced their IP addresses and bounce coordinates. They tried to personally intimidate the CEO of CPR radio, Michael Collins-Windsor and that hasn’t worked in their favor either. Then, they went to the streaming company to intimidate THEM into shutting CPR down thus shutting up Diane and Me in the process.
We believe these attempts to silence CPR and ‘RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS’ to be a violation…a CLEAR violation of OUR 1st Amendment rights and the 1st Amendment rights of CPR radio.
